The engineering-grade precast modular aluminum alloy building is a high-end industrialized prefabrication system constructed with 6063-T6 aviation-grade high-strength aluminum alloy structural components. This system deeply integrates optimized lightweight structural mechanical design, LEED Platinum green building standard adaptation technology, and 8.8-grade high-strength bolted connection rapid assembly system, covering full-scenario applications such as high-end residences, vacation manors, modular office clusters, emergency shelter hubs, and temporary engineering barracks.
 
With the core advantages of aluminum alloy—high specific strength (yield strength ≥300MPa) and ISO 12944-6 C5-M grade heavy corrosion resistance—the system achieves synergistic improvement of structural bearing stability and construction efficiency through modular standardized design.
 
 Its seismic performance meets the GB 50011-2010 (2016 Edition) 8-degree fortification standard, and wind load resistance complies with GB/T 50009-2012 Grade 12 requirements.
